Weehee~ my first anime review. So lately, I've finished watching InuXBoku SS, recommended by Noel~
Thanks to him, I suddenly had the patience to buffer those videos just to watch them.. and all just because he requested me to. Remind me next time he had amazing persuasive skills.
Inu X Boku SS (Secret Service) tells the story of Shirakin Ririchiyo, a girl who puts up a bold front - meaning, being rude and bold - just so that she won't get hurt. This type of personality appeared after a series of her past.
She decided to live in Maison de Ayakashi, nicknamed 'Ayakashi Kan' - a place where only those who pass the test can live in. She refused to accept the personal bodyguard service 'Secret Service', but things turned upside down when a man named Miketsukami told her that he lived solely to work for her.
But, Inu X Boku SS isn't solely a romance anime (it is, actually..) but then again, it also travels through Ririchiyo's past, and she learns from them bit by bit - after a lot of thinking. Also, the BGM (BackGround Music) were also good. I'd buy the soundtrack CD if I had the money.
Also, the episodes total up to 12, if I'm not mistaken - and each character had their own ending, mostly tells about things they like or just simply fitting with their emotions.
I kinda like 'fantasy' genre, so - surprisingly, I thought there wouldn't be any in it but when there is, it just increases the love meter.
In the end, there's a confession, Ririchiyo became sociable and managed to control her bad habit towards others. The story ended with Ririchiyo and Miketsukami saying this together :-
And they were lying together on a bed of roses. Opps.. no spoilers. Go watch it yourself. I tell you, if I live in Japan I'd be begging the producers to make a 2nd season.

"We'll be telling this story one day. The story of a long, long time"
