Vincenzo Review

General thoughts on Vincenzo, in very short sentences because you know me and my love towards writing reviews but not having much time to do it //cry. Anyways, let's get to it-  As usual, heavy spoilers. You have been warned.

- Song Joong-ki //chefs kisses. I know he's well-known for DOTS, but this is my first time watching him act, and honestly I loved it a lot. His expressions were very well done, and his body language talks a lot. Definitely got me hooked with the show.

- Cool Italian expressions/quotes. I feel very.. posh watching the show for some reason. Like wow, very literature. Much elegant.

- Amazing female lead. Her no-nonsense behaviour is very refreshing to watch, and despite it being a quite a trend for FLs in recent kdramas, there are sides of her that truly made her stand out from other FLs.

- Power couple. Loved how the Vincenzo-Cha-Young match make use of their own capabilities to support each other.

- Also their little interactions?? Beautiful. I like how the show expresses love in small things. Like they weren't over-flirty or anything, yet you can still see how much they care for the other.

- Generally my favorite kind of character dynamic heh

- "Thank you, sweetie" was deadly. Bye.

- Geumga Plaza people- I like how they make up each character having backstories and personalities. I ended up being quite attached with each and every one of them :')

- The consigliere/corn salad jokes actually made the show very light-hearted despite it being filled with death and betrayal. A good touch.

- Suprisingly they introduced a BUNCH of characters that could've betrayed them (the glasses fella that works with them, the spy from the international security intelligence, the people from bye-bye balloon) yet they all stayed with Vincenzo until the very end which truly makes me go :'((

- Great people. Really great people.

- By the way the piano hacker lady's acting was so cooll hahahaha I like her hair swish that's also her ultimate weapon. x'D

- The sibling villains setting. Liked how they made the villain have a sibling but then they betrayed the  villain and actually grew affection for the hero like wow- how cool is that?

- Choi Myung-hee.. the heartlessness.. the blinded loyalty.. the love for high-risk life.. truly a scary enemy

- Her death by fire in accordance with her love for Zumba was.. downright well-played :'D That was... traumatizing to watch..

- Han Seung-hyuk and his tendency of betrayal. A liability that was kept until the very end that actually plays a big part in Vincenzo's final plan.

- I actually find him smart because at least he cares for his life okay ;;_;;) Unlike that crazy lady

- I just knew that the actor Jang Han-seok (the older brother) is a rapper from 2PM under the name Taecyeon??? HELLO he's so good at acting?? I thought he was originally an actor?! :'DD

- Scary as heck. His unpredictableness made him quite a scary foe.

- Also the younger brother's affection for Vincenzo.. :'(( His ending was so sadd like dang I at least wanted him to live AAA

- I think the part where his mom died was so shocking like I remembered screaming to the screen like NO DON'T DO THAT TO HIM PLEASE ;;_;; like he just started wanting to show affection to his mom and you have to do this to him WHY

- The death of Hong Cha-Young's father was so heart-breaking like wow they did put some foreshadowing beforehand but wow they actually had to kill him off that early huh ;;;;;;;;__;;;;;;;;

- I felt like an I went on an emotional rollercoaster watching this show

- But anyways, overall I think it's a very cool show *wipes tears*
